I am so excited to finally be sharing from this wedding! Christina and Matt were a dream to work with! They had a fantastic vendor team working for their big day and there was just so much love to go around throughout the entire event!
I really love working weddings at Springfield. One of the perks of this job is that I get to see all kinds of venues, all different kinds of places and styles and vibes but it is really nice to have some tried and true venues and vendor friends that you work with in this business. Springfield is one of those places that I just will never get tired of booking!
Christina and Matt were super relaxed throughout their planning process and they knew what was going to be important to them and what was not going to bother them as they moved through their special day. The only downside to that is I had to practically force them to eat something because they were so focused on enjoying everything! One of the things I will do is force you guys to eat and drink because it is a really long day and its super important for you to be able to last throughout the whole event and eating and drinking water is going to really help make that happen for you!
I knew this gallery was going to be AMAZING so I am very excited to show you some of my favs from their wedding day.
Also it happened to be the lavender festival on the day of their wedding at Springfield so of course the lavender field was perfect for their pictures! They also highlighted Springfield with one of their signature drinks being a lavender lemonade that I am so jealous I couldn’t taste test because I was about 33 weeks pregnant on their wedding day! It is absolutely on my list though to have a lemonade with lavender vodka as soon as I can drink again!
All in all Christina and Matt are the type of couple that I love the most. They are people I feel like I could be friends with in real life and just absolutely adored working with!

Everything with their wedding was fantastic! No disasters to speak of or fires to put out. Other than a few brief moments where the power went out but it didn't stop this group from partying! When you have a great vendor team and a plan it can really make a big difference in your day! Things can happen even with really amazing an experienced people but thats why you have someone like me helping out and making sure everything goes smoothly!
